Bill Bosway was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Gibraltar in January 2019. Bosway joined Gibraltar with 29 years of experience in Fortune 500 industrial companies. Prior to joining Gibraltar, he served as President & CEO of Dover鈥檚 Refrigeration & Food Equipment business. Prior to Dover, he served as Group Vice President of Refrigeration and Solutions at Emerson Electric, where he led global research and innovation, advanced manufacturing and engineering, supply chain, and quality organizations, which supported the $4 billion revenue climate technologies business.

Jeff Bedard holds the position of General Manager for the Home Improvement Group which includes the Sunesta and Gutter Helmet businesses.聽 During his twenty-one year career with Sunesta, Jeff has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and general management.聽 In addition to his career in Sunesta, Jeff was VP Stores and Leasing for InMotion Entertainment.聽 He earned a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida.

Katie joined Gibraltar in November 2020 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Gibraltar, Katie was a corporate partner in Kirkland and Ellis LLP鈥檚 Chicago office.聽 She has extensive experience advising companies on complex acquisition and other financing transactions across a wide variety of industries.聽 Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.

Janet joined Gibraltar in April 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining Gibraltar, Janet was the Vice President and CHRO at Stepan Company. She has held a wide range of positions within human resources in both production facility and corporate settings as well as serving in sales leadership. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame, and also earned a MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Scott Jenkins is Vice-President/General Manager of the Infrastructure Business.聽 He joined Gibraltar in 2018. Scott has over 25 years of experience in general management, sales, and marketing at Yaskawa, ITW, MTU, and Cummins.聽 He earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.

Ronnie Jones joined Lane Supply, Inc. in 1991 as a Sheet Metal Helper and rose through the ranks to become President and CEO in 2001. Ronnie's ability to build relationships and open new business opportunities for Lane led to significant growth, particularly with the major oil companies, grocery chains and auto dealerships. His career exemplifies the impact of combining technical expertise, a focus on quality, and strong leadership skills in driving both operational and organizational growth.

Chris Lok joined Gibraltar in January 2020 as Chief Digital Information Officer.聽 Prior to joining Gibraltar, Chris was CIO at Essendant Inc.聽 He has also held leadership roles in Information Technology at other Fortune 500 companies focused on digital strategy initiatives and to institutionalize IT best practices.聽 Chris earned a B.S. in Industrial Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Purdue University and MBA from DePaul University.

Joe Lovechio was appointed Gibraltar鈥檚 Chief Financial Officer in August 2024.聽 Prior to joining Gibraltar, Joe was Chief Financial Officer, North America Region for Whirlpool Corporation.聽 Joe holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, Finance and Accounting, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ed McKiernan joined Gibraltar in August 2021 as President, Renewables Group. Ed most recently served as President, Digital Solutions, leading a group of fast-growth businesses developed both organically and via acquisition into one cohesive business portfolio consisting of electronics, software, installation services, and recurring services for food retail and transport industries. Over his 22 year career at Emerson, he held leadership roles in strategic planning, product management, marketing and global market development covering North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Ed holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Burk Metzger holds the position of President of Prospiant. Burk joined Gibraltar in 2021 as General Manager of Prospiant鈥檚 Produce business. With over 32 years of experience in the North American and European Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry, Burk spent 22 of those years as President and Co-owner of a successful group of CEA production and marketing companies operating in both Canada and the U.S. Following the acquisition of these companies by Lipman Family Farms, he served as General Manager of Protected Agriculture. Burk holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Nuertingen-Geislingen University in Germany.

John Neil holds the position of Vice-President & General Manager for the Building Accessories Businesses.聽 John joined Gibraltar in 2016 as VP Strategic Operations after a 27-year career at Illinois Tool Works Inc., where he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and general management.聽 John earned a B.S. in industrial management and business marketing from the University of Akron and an MBA from DePaul University.

Lori Rizzo was appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller in March 2018. Previously, she served as Gibraltar's Director of Accounting & Reporting since 2012 and Manager of Corporate Accounting since 2008. Lori's experience at Gibraltar includes consolidations, acquisitions & divestitures, and policy implementation, along with SEC reporting.聽 She earned a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Buffalo.

Jeff Watorek joined Gibraltar in 2008 serving first as the Manager of External Reporting before becoming the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in 2012. In April 2017, Jeff was appointed Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to Gibraltar, Jeff started his career with Ernst & Young where he held the position of Audit Staff Manager.聽 Jeff earned a B.S.聽 in Accounting and MBA in Accounting from Canisius College.

Kerri Winter holds the position of President & General Manager for the Mail & Package Businesses. Prior to joining Gibraltar in 2005, Kerri held leadership roles in finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations at American Italian Pasta Co, Hill鈥檚 Pet Nutrition, Inc a division of Colgate-Palmolive, and Koch Industries Inc. She earned a B.A. in Business Economics, minor in Accounting from Bethany College and is a CPA in Kansas.
